Outside Trade Space
Applications for outside trade are currently closed due to the cancellation of the 2020 show
All previous exhibitors (last 2 years) will be emailed an application in early 2021 when applications open
An outside pitch, within the main area of the show ground, provides a great opportunity to showcase your business.
Pitches are available in sizes ranging from 3m (frontage) x 6m (deep), to 24m (frontage) x 12m (deep).
Exhibitors booking an outdoor pitch are expected to bring their own equipment and shelter, which must fit into the size of pitch booked (including guy ropes, tow bars etc.) Bespoke pitches can be agreed for larger pitches.

How to Apply
RETURNING EXHIBITORS (LAST 2 YEARS)
- The Show Office will email you a 2021 application pack when it is available (early 2021).
- Download an application pack above when available (early 2021) or email firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest
Confirmation of Applications
The Show Office will contact ALL applicants within 2 weeks of receiving the application. If you have not heard from the Show Office within 2 weeks, please contact us to check your application has been received. Please do not presume a space has been reserved.
Location of pitch will be confirmed at a later date (once applications have closed). Confirmed Trade Exhibitors will receive their trade pack (including passes) at the beginning of September.
