All previous Exhibitors (exhibiting in the last 2 years) will be emailed/posted an application pack when they are available.
The show has two indoor Shopping & Craft marquees available for trade stands. Both marquees are popular with our visitors, offering space to Exhibitors showcasing their products or services. The marquees are a great alternative to an outdoor pitch, for those who wish to be provided with basic equipment (electricity, chairs & tables available to hire) and shelter on show day. No personal generators are permitted for exhibitors in these marquees.
Each pitch is 3m (frontage) x 2.4m (depth) with corner pitches at an additional cost. Each pitch is marked on the grass within the marquee- there is no flooring or walls between the stands. All equipment (tables, display items etc). MUST fit within the pitch(es) booked. This will be checked by our Stewards on show day. You will be given x3 entry wristbands per pitch booked included in the price.
Applications from 2018 Exhibitors received by 15th June 2019 will be given priority when requesting the same pitch location for 2019. Exact locations/stand numbers will be confirmed in August 2019.

How to Apply
RETURNING EXHIBITORS (LAST 2 YEARS)
- The Show Office has emailed you an application form.
- Applications from 2018 Exhibitors received by 15th June 2019 will be given priority when requesting the same pitch location for 2019 (dependent on showground design this year). Exact locations/pitch numbers will be confirmed in August 2019.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest and a pack will be sent when they are available.
- Submit the application pack and FULL payment to the Show Office. Please include a website link and/or photos of your stand.
- We will do our best to accommodate location requirements. We will start allocating new Exhibitor locations after 15th June 2019 and exact locations/numbers will be confirmed in August 2019.
Confirmation of Applications
The Show Office will contact ALL applicants within 2 weeks of receiving the application. If you have not heard from the Show Office within 2 weeks, please contact us to check your application has been received. Please do not presume a space has been reserved.
Location of pitch will be confirmed at a later date (once applications have closed). Confirmed Trade Exhibitors will receive their trade pack (including passes) towards the beginning of September.
